What is amazing to me is the increasing level of car exhaust pollution I have experienced on this trip to Quito.

Coming from a European area who is probably the leaders in green technology it is really a real shock to see nothing appears to be done here.

Walking around the Parc, the amount of litter on the ground is also quite incredible.

Quite a disappointment.
