The new month arrived once again at a fairly quick pace.

October turned out to be the month of visitors and reunions which resulted in a fair amount of excesses.

At he beginning of the month, we had the opportunity to go to Montélimar for the yearly get together of the “gang”. It was nice to see everyone although a couple had to miss the event. Once again a big thank you to C & T for the organisation. Next year we meet in Brittany.

Unfortunately I have had a couple of health issues which meant I was not on top form and even had to spend almost a week in hospital. I had hoped it was over but at the time of writing this, I feel I need to go back there.

October is traditionally the month of the “Fête du Vin” which I had to miss but I hear it was a big success.

Let us see what November has in store for us and by the looks of it it is plenty. My diary is getting quite full.
