Whilst in Morocco I saw and used some of the many WIFI Solar Routers / Rubbish Bins to be found on the streets. They can have different and many sponsors or just the one. The password to be used is displayed on the sides. The usage is of course free of charge and I could not see if there was a time limit. As far as I could test the range is about 50 meters.
