I finally took the plunge and have started “mining” a crypto currency. There is a new one called Pi which looks very promising. For the time being it does not have any financial value but the time will come.

I mine it from my phone, free of charge. I might get a good surprise one of these days.

This is how Bitcoin started and today 1 Bitcoin is valued at more than $5500.
