Wishbone Ash

Sitting at my home office (in fact that is the only one I have these days) during this forced confinement time. What does one do? I guess it is an ideal time to clean up files, do some back-ups and surf the web.

I came across some old files and songs which for some reasons I have forgotten were tucked away in a folder I forgot existed. I might seem to recall I had transfereed files from an old computer to a new one expecting to sort it out at a later date. Well almost 10 years later the time has come.

Anyway I came across a couple of songs I used to like from Wishbone Ash in 1970. I did a bit of research on the group and of course there has been a lot of changes in the band over the years but they still exist and in fact they brought an album out a few weeks ago. Thanks to Deezer, I am able to listen to it at this minute. The style has not changed over the years.

    JJ,

I confirm that they still exist. Wishbone Ash, Uriah Heep and Andy Scott (from Sweet) have given a concert in the Jahrhunderthalle in Hoechst (near Frankfurt) the 15th January 2020! My friend Uschi has been there and she’s sent me some Whatsapp videos.

They are as good as in the 70s.

    Cheers,
