Feuilleté d’Asperges Vertes de Pays

The chef from La Barbacane restaurant (One Michelin Star) in the Hotel de la Cité (Carcassonne) has obviously time on his hands during this confinement period. I have met him a few times together with me friend the hotel manger. Anyway I have just received this recipe from him. It is in French and I shall translate it eventually. I does look quite pleasant.
