Makes about 3 x 350g
Ingredients:

400g soft (or fresh) apricots stoned and cut in 8

2 apples, peeled and cubed

2 oranges, zest and juice

150g soft brown sugar (Vergeoise)

400ml cider vinegar

1 onion, finely chopped
-
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

100g sultanas (raisins secs)

1Tbsp ground ginger
-
1 tsp sat
-
1Tbsp cinnamon
Method:

Place apricots,apple, orange, sugar and vinegar in a saucepan and stir overlow heat until the sugar has dissolved.

Add all other ingredientsĀ and bring to a boil, lower the heat and simmer gently1 1/2 to 2 hours stirring occasionally.

The chutney should be a thick, soft consistency and will thicken moreas it cools.

Place in glass jars or use wax. Refrigerate.
