Classic Manhattan

Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • Ice
  • 2 shots bourbon
  • 1 shot sweet vermouth
  • 2 dashes angostura bitters
  • 1 or 2 good-quality Maraschino cherries, for garnish

Method:

  1. Fill a glass with ice
  2. Add the bourbon, vermouth and bitters
  3. Stir to chill.
  4. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with the cherries.
To be enjoyed in moderation
