La vérité d’aujourd’hui n’est pas forcément vraie demain
Day 56 in Carcassonne and 2nd day of controlled de-confinement
🎶 A favorite oldie to brighten up the day 🎶
▼
Being confined has been quite positive in some aspects. I completed my tax return on line the 1st day it was open and possible, I had the time to prepare it all in advance.
Until now I was contributing to the German Health Scheme. They have an arrangement with France which meant that although I was contributing in Germany, I was covered by the French system (Ameli, Carte Vitale). I made the necessary requests and I am now contributing in France. The whole thing took less than 10 days communicating by post. Very efficient I would say.
Anyway here is something from Spain to brighten up our day. Watch it till the end.

▶︎ Yachting
I mentionned a distance of 100 nautical miles yesterday, it is in fact 54 nautical miles which represents approximately 100km. The mediterrenean is opened for yachting since yesterday and until June 2nd. New measures might be taken then.
I find the Prefect’s comments on why it was forbidden prior to May 11th quite interesting: “I would like to remind you that these restrictive measures were intended to allow the rescue services to concentrate on patients on land without “over-accidents” at sea.”
▶︎ Exemption certificate
If you need to travel outside the 100km radius, the certificate either on paper or digital format are available on the Ministry of Interior website.
▶︎ Spain
Have announced that they will, with immediate effect, impose a 14 days quarantine to all visitors.
