Quite a disappointment. The Apple Pencil I received 48 hours ago together with the new 2020 iPad Pro 12.9″ stopped working last evening. It simply does stay connected to the bluetooth network more than 5 seconds.
I spent an hour looking at help and forums sites. I did all what people with the same problem (and there are quite a few) recommended including reset the brand new iPad. All to no avail so far.
I wanted to talk to an Apple support service but you have to make an appointment so I gave up with the idea for the time being.
I am a bit lost as to what I should do next. So if anyone has any bright idea, it is always welcome.
