End of the 1st week of the second de-confinement phase of three weeks.
I am starting my second no-alcohol drinks week. It is not quite bringing the positive results I was expecting. In other words contrary to previous similar efforts in the past, I am not loosing any weight and my diabetes results are not improving. That is quite disappointing.
So apart from a couple of already planned lunch or dinner this week, I am going on an extremely strict diet.

From today, the UK has introduced a compulsory 14-day quarantine for all international arrivals. One assumes that France among other countries will impose, as previously stated, a similar measure. If I recall correctly, June 11th had been mentioned as the day the government & Europe would announce the next steps regarding international travel. Let us hope so.
