
Further to my previous post a couple of months ago as well as a few polite exchanges of of information with Samsung’s head office in France, I have received an email this morning which basically says”
Following the response received from our sales department, I am pleased to announce that Samsung will cover the cost of repairing the device.
I am quite satisfied with this outcome and will write again to their CEO to thank him as well as the person who followed my case.
