Samsung quality III

And the saga continues. Further to my previous posts I was contacted ,as planned, by the repair people and an appointment was made.

The repair person turned up on time, unloaded a large box containing a brand new screen and proceeded to swap it. That did not take long at all.

Time to test and guess what: It remains completely black. All connections are checked again to no avail. “C’est HS” says the man (HS = Hors Service / Out of order). You will have to live with the spots a little bit longer says he and proceeds to swap the screens back to the old one.

I am not upset, simply doubting Samsung’s quality even more. I have not yet written to Samsung’s CEO as I had mentioned in my previous post. I shall do it of course but the content will not be what I originally thought.
