The data is still going up with the Reproduction Rate now reaching 320,9. Quite alarming is the intensive care bed occupancy which is at 67,90%.

✑ Carcassonne – like Narbonne – is part of the national protest movement against the closure of local non-food shops by issuing a… symbolic order. The Agglo and the Association of Mayors appeal to the government.

The Prime Minister is trying to take the pressure off. At the end of two days of slinging by traders opposed to the measures of containment and administrative closure of their establishments, Jean Castex announced, Sunday, November 1 on TF1, that “in supermarkets”, the government would “prohibit the sale of products already [prohibited] in local shops.

I am not too sure how that is helping. Amazon must rejoyce at the news.

Within the constraining limit of the imposed 1km radius, we have decided to go out every day and make the most of it. We chose another route yesterday.
