They will at least have shown us to what extent science is still capable of incredible progress. It took less than a year to develop a first vaccine, compared to the usual ten. Let us savour this achievement, which is the result of an unprecedented mobilisation of the entire planet.
The flu is gone? This is one of the consequences of the current safety gestures and the wearing of the mask, the seasonal flu hardly circulates. Usually, the flu causes hospitalization in intensive care units for many fragile, elderly people, or those suffering from respiratory pathologies. This is not at all the case this year.
