📢 Annoyed Update: Energy Consumption Woes 😡

Hey everyone, I hope you’re having a better day than I am dealing with our energy provider, EDF! 🙄 I just wanted to share an infuriating update on our ongoing battle with their inaccurate consumption estimates.

As some of you may remember from my previous blog post, I reached out to EDF at the end of June to express my frustration with their wildly incorrect estimated consumption figures. Well, guess what? It seems like they haven’t learned their lesson yet! 😤

Let me give you a quick recap: on June 30th, we finally got our brand new heat exchanger up and running, bidding farewell to our old gas heater for water and heating. The only remaining gas consumption we have is with our trusty cooker, which hardly gets any use during the summer months when refreshing salads, juicy melons, and delicious fruits dominate our daily menus. 🥗🍉🍓

Naturally, we decided to check our current consumption just out of curiosity. And what do you know? It’s completely wrong AGAIN! 🤦‍♀️ I wasted no time in contacting the energy company, only to be told to ignore it as it’s obviously incorrect. Well, thank you for stating the obvious, EDF! 🙄

Now, I’ve had enough of their incompetence. It’s time to take matters into my own hands! 📸 Starting from today, I’ll be diligently snapping a photo of the new meter counter on a weekly basis to keep a record of our actual consumption. And to make things official, I’ll be sending a strongly worded letter via registered mail, demanding the accurate invoice we deserve. 💪

I’m beyond annoyed at this point, but I won’t let EDF get away with their negligence. It’s time to fight for our rights as consumers! 🛡️💡
