The first time I was in Seville, a coupleof years ago, I was not impressed at all. I changed my mind this time. FIrst thing we did was to visit the Setas de Sevilla which is apparently the largest wood structure in Europe. It gave us a nice view of the town despite the grey but nevertheless warm weather.

Under the wooden structure some old remains were discovered and are now exposed to the public.

Next stop Cordoba

We did however managed to get on line tickets for the cathedral for later that day. We had some time to spare so lunch was in order as well as a discovery walk around town.
The Cathedral

I did not know that Christopher Columbus was burried in there.
