Irish adventures IV

Quite a comfortable night but it is time to

Go for another full Irish breakfast

After which we depart on foot to meet up with a remote member of the family. We have a nice chat and exchange information on our respective kids and grandkids.

We then decide to take a short drive down the coast to Kilkee. I am keen to see the cliffs.

It is blowing a gale which add to the dramatic effects

All local restaurants are shut. I guess the season will start around Easter time ina couple of weeks. So we drive back to Kilrush and head for the Vandeleur Walled Garden.

Again it is too early in the season for flowers but the walk round the garden is pleasant enough.

and they have a Tea Room for a nice cuppa and a toastie

Back to the pub / B&B for a rest as we have already walked over 6km. We also havean appointment downstairs in the bar at 18:30 for an apéritif.
